Back on May 21st, 2010, NOBUNNY played a special gig at Third Man Records in Nashville. After some rescheduling and a killer opening set from local favorites, Pujol, NOBUNNY delivered with one amazing rock n' roll spectacle. The nights event was immortalized live on to tape, then produced on very special, super cool, Black&Blue vinyl records.

The black vinyl of this show will be available for sale at the Third Man Records store front in Nashville and in our online shop very soon.

Third Man Records is very happy to announce that on Saturday, August 21st, world renowned photographer Autumn de Wilde will join us at our Third Man shop in Nashville for a rare and special signing of her photo book "The White Stripes Under Great White Northern Lights". Please join us and Autumn for this meet and greet, starting at 12pm CST on Saturday, the 21st, where she will be meeting fans and autographing her book.

If you haven't purchased "The White Stripes Under Great White Northern Lights" book already, this is a great chance to do so. In addition we will also be offering a selection of rare Autumn de Wilde photo prints used in the manufacturing of and featured in the book itself, of which only one of each test print used as a proof for the book exists. Standard prints may be made available in the future. This is a very rare opportunity to meet Autumn, who has been an important part of documenting The White Stripes' legacy, and to purchase one of a kind, collectible
print memorabilia.

August 10th marks the release of The Secret Sisters’ debut 45 with Third Man Records. The Jack White-produced record features a cover of Johnny Cash’s Big River and the sisters’ take on the classic folksong The Wabash Cannonball. Pre-sales are available now in the Third Man online shop.

The musical influences of the sisters (Laura and Lydia Rogers) aren’t hard to pin down. The pair attributes the development of their distinct vocal style to singing at family picnics, church functions, and to growing up with “a love of music from all sides’” of the family in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The intimacy between the sisters translates beautifully onto their new record: the B-side boasts harmonies straight out of the 1930s, and the A-side, though decidedly heavier on the guitar, still highlights the pure, clear vocals that are sure to become the trademark of the Secret Sisters.

150 Tri Color singles will be made available of this release. 50 will be included in random mail-orders through Third Man Records’ website, and 100 will be available from our Nashville storefront on Saturday August 14th from 12 noon.

Karen Elson will be playing the songs from her critically acclaimed debut album The Ghost Who Walks at a headline show at London’s Bush Hall, following on from her intimate London debut earlier in the year. She will then go on to play shows in Germany, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Italy and France.
